CED Plant
CED plant refers to a Cathodic Electrodeposition plant, also known as an electrocoating or e-coating plant. It is a specialized facility used in the manufacturing industry for applying a protective coating to metal objects or components. The process involves immersing the object in a bath of electrically charged paint particles. Under the influence of an electric field, the paint particles migrate and deposit onto the surface of the object, forming a durable and uniform coating. CED plants are known for their efficiency, as they can provide excellent coverage, corrosion resistance, and even coating thickness distribution. They are commonly used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications to enhance the durability and appearance of metal parts while providing protection against rust and wear.
